Pricing
PRICING begins at $700.00 for males, and $850.00 for females. However, puppies are priced individually, according to quality and color.
Solids and females will be priced higher. The STARTING price is based on limited
AKC registration. I breed for health, beauty, and loving dispositions!
WE DO NOT SELL TO PUPPY MILLS, PET SHOPS, OR BROKERS!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
DEPOSIT is
minimum of $250 & will range up to 1/2 of purchase price of pup (depending on
cost of pup), which must be received within 5 working days of you picking out your puppy. If not using
Pay Pal, please send postal money order by priority mail
or Fed Ex with delivery confirmation. No personal checks are accepted. If
the deposit is not received within the 5 business days and no other arrangements
have been made, the puppy will go back up for adoption. Make sure you can accept the responsibility of a puppy as
deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances! Deposits
can be transferred to future litters if you decide the timing is not right or
you are not happy with the way your puppy is turning out. We want you to
be 100 percent satisfied and happy with your choice!
BALANCE is due by the time they are 7 weeks old, balance due must be paid by PayPal, cash, or
Postal money order. This avoids hassle at time of delivery. Shipping costs or mileage must be added into the balance due. Unless other arrangements are made, if the balance due is not received when the puppy is 8 weeks old the deposit is forfeited, contract is void, and the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.

Shipping
& Delivery
We prefer to ship on weekends, so you don't have to take a day off from work, but will do weekdays if
needed. Shipping will entirely depend on weather conditions as no shipping of puppies can occur under 20 degrees Fahrenheit or above 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Please be advised that weather conditions can cancel a flight quickly, especially in the Midwest with spring and summer thunderstorms.
I prefer to use Continental airlines if at all
possible.
Most puppies are ready to ship after 9 weeks of age, unless they are too small
to ship at the time allowed, which you will be informed ahead of time if I think
this is a possibility with your fur baby. I will only ship your baby to
you if I feel he/she is up to the long flight.
If needed, we can meet people part-of-the way. Due to the high cost of gas, a gas fee will be considered the shipping cost. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Price for shipping is generally $300, which includes $35-$40 for a small shipping crate
(price will increase for an adult shih tzu if a larger crate is needed),
$55 for health certificate & veterinarian examination, and any other costs
that may be affiliated with shipping your baby. This price is for 9 lbs. and under.
We will find out and tell you the exact price of shipping when you pick
out your puppy. Price could be more depending on the area you need shipped into
to, if V.I.P. shipment is deemed necessary OR another airline is used other than
Continental.
All shipping fees must be paid prior to shipping.
